Maintenance and repairs

Machinery department provides preventive and routine maintenance and repair all types of conveyors and its accessories. The company provides all-season maintenance of belt conveyors in prestigious companies in Czech republic. We do maintenance of equipment in power plants, paper mills, sand pits, concrete plants, ceramics factories and stone pits.

On agreement basis we provide emergency services in case of break downs and failures.

Installation works

The installation of technological lines is ensured by qualified company workers including own products and also products of other manufacturers.

Facilities

Production division has 40 employees and two 16 x 45m production facilities with gantry cranes with maximum load 5t and 8t. Further we have 3000m² of pavement reinforced outside area for installation works and storage and 6000m² of gravel reinforced area.

Warehouses

We keep spare parts stock for repairs of belt conveyors including gearboxes, motors, rollers, roller idlers, drums, wear resistant materials, belt scrapers, conveyor belting, electrical equipment for safe belt conveyor transportation etc.

Production facility is equipped with:

• Lathes, horizontal cutter
• Vertical cutters, shaping machines
• Upright drilling machines, drill press
• Tin snips  (2 m, 6mm), tin snips  (3 m, 20mm)
• Press brake (4 m, 16 mm), band saw
• Welding machines etc.

For external installations we can provide:

• Assembly shop with aggregate
• Utility trucks
• 8 t crane truck
• Cars for installation and repair works
• Trucks
• Terrain vehicles for installations under heavy conditions
