Repair and splicing

Preventive and crash maintenance, splicing and repair of all types of conveyor belting by method of hot and cold vulcanization. Above mentioned services are realized by 12 qualified workers with 4 service cars, six complete sets of equipment for cold vulcanization and 4 vulcanization presses for belting of width from 200mm to 2200mm. 

Sale

We sale and maintain stock of textile and steel-cord reinforced conveyor belting produced by – MATADOR Púchov a.s. Most of the products are prepared for immediate sale. We stock approx. 7.000m2 of new and 10.000m2 of used conveyor belting.

We can supply to our customers belting with standard or special type of rubber covers, e.g. heat, flame, oil or chemicals resistant rubber covers. Belting is produced according to DIN and ISO 9001 norm. We also offer flat and chevron PVC belting for different industrial applications.    

Chevron belting

Company VVV MOST produces chevron belting on own vulcanizing press line. Production capacity is up to 600m of chevron belting per month. Belts delivered in width from 400 to 1000mm. 

Sidewall belting

For special applications we deliver belting with side-walls and cleats.

Metal surface rubberizing
