Application:

Pipe and U-type conveyors or combination of both types is suitable for ecological transportation of the bulk materials within all branches of industry. Most common transported materials are cement, gypsum, ore, fertilizers, coal, wooden chips, grains and etc. The pipe conveyor design eliminates problems related to the operation of the classic belt conveyors as e.g. material spillage, restricted angles of transportation, horizontal and vertical curve difficulties.

The pipe conveyor route can be designed with curve in horizontal and vertical plane, which decrease number of the transfer points on conveyor route. The pipe conveyor structure design allows overcome horizontal and vertical curves with 80m or greater radius.

The pipe conveyors can achieve up to 50% higher capacity of vertically conveyed material compared to classic belt conveyors.

The conveyed material is protected against external effects and dusting related to conveyor operation is minimized.

The closing of the belt into pipe shape, belt turn and folding into U shape in conveyor carrying and return run prevents material spillage under conveyor and environment pollution. During belt closing, the belt closes with “dirty” surface inside and it prevents sticking o material on rollers.
