Application:

Z and L Conveyors of Flexowell type are used for vertical transportation of the bulk materials on sites with limited space for installation of classic conveyors. Z and L Conveyors can be designed to convey bulk material of any type, e.g. ranging from very small grain size bulk materials to large piece ore.

Most common transported materials are ore, coal, fly-ash, gypsum, stones, gravel, sands, fertilizers, lime stones and etc. The conveyed material is protected against external effects and dust nuisance related to conveyor operation is minimized.

• Standard length up to 20m
• Width 300 to 1200mm
• Output 10–1000 t/hour

Conveyor belt of Flexowell type consists of conveyor belt with transversely reinforced belt carcass, on the belt are mounted rubber sidewalls and cleats, which allows vertical transportation of the bulk materials.
