Monitor the speed of your conveyor belt reliably. Detects standstill, overspeed or underspeed of the conveyor belt. An advantage is the non-slip rubber wheel driven with the conveyor belt itself.

The belt movement monitor switches switch when the adjustable upper or lower speed of the conveyor belt speed is exceeded or in the idle state.
The D & K conveyor belt speed switches operate electromechanically. The rotary wheel is pressed against the belt and driven by it. When the shaft is rotated, the stepper motor produces an operating voltage for the evaluation circuit and the signal voltage, which determines the speed and direction of rotation. When a set speed is reached or exceeded, one relay contact is switched on for each direction of rotation.
For the direction of rotation to the left and to the right, different speeds can be set. The advantage for the user is the digital setting of the switching speed (in m / s) with the programmable switches.

With respect to reliable, maintenance-free operation, all bearings are made using steel roller bearings. The stationary switch box has a protection class IP 67.
The following versions are available for various bodywork situations: The FW3-0 has a rotary drive wheel in the immediate vicinity of the attachment foot. This embodiment of the switch is to be mounted so that the rotary wheel is pressed against the inner side of the lower belt near the support roller. The compressive force is determined by the mounting situation.
